These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Reeva, an AI-powered phone answering and appointment scheduling service provided to dental practices (“the Practice”). By calling a phone number serviced by Reeva or exchanging text messages with Reeva, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Reeva answers incoming phone calls on behalf of the Practice, responds to common questions, and schedules appointments directly onto the Practice's calendar. Reeva is an automated system and does not provide medical or dental advice.

2. Not for Emergencies

Reeva is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a dental or medical emergency, hang up and call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments booked through Reeva are subject to confirmation by the Practice. Reeva makes reasonable efforts to reflect accurate real-time availability but cannot guarantee that every appointment request will be honored exactly as requested.

4. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

5. Accuracy of Information

While Reeva is designed to answer questions accurately, responses are generated by an automated system and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. For matters requiring certainty, please confirm directly with the Practice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reeva and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including missed or inaccurate appointment information, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
